Databases - Paradox - BDE Configuration
In general, in order for DOS applications to access Paradox tables,
the BDE (Borland Database Engine) must be loaded on every computer
that wants to access the database.
Windows applications can use either the BDE, ODBC, or ADO
to access the data.
