Science Tool Library - TmcUITemperature test

This provides the regression tests for TmcUITemperature. There are 3 instances

One created by default
One by code with the id name (string)
One by code with the id reference

As a result, this can not test what happens if the default container is not present.

Automatic test result -

Test Components

Components
	Configured by Default Min = 200K Max = 400K
	Configured by Name Title should say "by Name"
	Configured by Reference Should still contain the default values

Manual Procedures

Simply use the mouse wheel to change a few values. The 3 mcNumber components are tested elsewhere and verifying their function is not a part of this test.

Standard test values - already checked in the automatic test.

100C is 212F
273,15 K -> 0C -> 32F

Allow_Callback °C - These work with the top component above, round off not applied.
